Shipping Policy

All orders over $100 ship free within the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii will require additional fees.

All orders under $100 will be processed with a flat fee of $15.00

Exceptions can and will occur to this policy and may include but are not limited to:

• Overweight shipments
• Over sized shipments
• Rush orders
• Special circumstance shipments with additional associative fees.

Return Policy

If an item is received either damaged or in error, the customer must contact our returns line at (833) 355-0055 within 7 days of receipt to arrange for a resolution and or an RMA. After 7 days, returns will not be processed.

If an item needs to be returned for any other reason the customer needs to contact our returns line within 30 days for a resolution. Products are eligible for return/credit if they are undamaged, in the original packaging  and unmarked. Items ineligible for return are not restricted to but include: Special Orders, Open Sterile Items, Greater than 30 days past receipt of original order or greater than 10 days past issuance of RMA for approved return. All returns are FBO prepaid to your listed distribution warehouse.
